Nucleoside transporter
Nucleoside transporters are membrane proteins that move nucleosides, such as adenosine, across cell or vesicle membranes. They come in two main types: concentrative nucleoside transporters (CNTs; SLC28) and equilibrative nucleoside transporters (ENTs; SLC29). There may also be a vesicular transporter that has not yet been identified.
