Robbie Kessler
Robbie Kessler (born 5 April 1973 in Neuwied, West Germany) is a former German motorcycle speedway rider. He earned five international caps for Germany and competed in the Speedway World Team Cup. He was the German under-21 champion in 1992 and 1993. Kessler began his British league career with the Sheffield Tigers in 1994 and rode for several clubs over the years, including King's Lynn Stars, Hull Vikings, Stoke Potters, Rye House Rockets, Redcar Bears, Mildenhall Fen Tigers and Coventry Bees. His last British season was with the Rye House Rockets in 2010. After retiring, he founded ROK Racing, a speedway bike building and engine tuning business, in 2010; he is a mechanical engineer by trade.
