Rishat Shafikov

Rishat Rimzovich Shafikov (born January 23, 1970, in Chelyabinsk) is a retired Russian race walker. He won a bronze medal at the 1989 European Junior Championships. His best senior result was fifth place in the 20 km race at the 1996 Olympic Games. He finished seventh at the 1997 World Race Walking Cup, and also competed at the World Race Walking Cup in 1995 (105th) and 1999 (68th).
