Rifugio Guglielmina was a historic mountain hut on the south side of the Monte Rosa range in Piedmont, Italy. It stood at 2,880 meters above sea level near Alagna Valsesia. Built in 1878 (some sources say the 1860s), it was once described as Europe’s highest hotel and was run for many years by the great-grandson of its original builder.

The hut was destroyed by a fire on 22 December 2011. In January 2013, the owning families, Guglielmina and Calaba, announced they could not afford to rebuild it.
