Ricerche di Matematica
Ricerche di Matematica is a peer‑reviewed journal that publishes research in pure and applied mathematics. It was founded in 1952 by Carlo Miranda with Renato Caccioppoli and other members of the Institute of Mathematics at the University of Naples Federico II. From 1952 to 2005, the journal appeared in Naples in 54 volumes, with articles in Italian, English, or French. Since 2006, Ricerche di Matematica has been published by Springer-Verlag Italia in Milan, under the Department of Mathematics and Applications “Renato Caccioppoli” at the University of Naples Federico II. The editors are appointed by a board from that department, and all articles are in English.
The journal is published twice a year and has an impact factor of 1.2 (2022). It is indexed by major databases such as MathSciNet and Zentralblatt MATH, and is also listed in Scopus and other cataloging services.
