Rice Capades, Music Sampler Vol. 1 is a 2000 compilation album created by The Aquabats and Horchata Records. It features tracks from The Aquabats, GOGO13, their side projects, and other bands, spanning rock, ska, new wave, comedy, surf rock, and electronic music. The album was released on April 6, 2000 and was originally a free door prize for attendees of the Aquacadet Summit, the band’s fan convention at the Galaxy Theater in Santa Ana, California. It was later sold online and at shows before going out of print. The record runs 38 minutes and 38 seconds and was produced by The Aquabats and Vahe Manoukian.
