Rhys Williams (born 27 February 1984) is a Welsh former hurdler who specialised in the 400 metres hurdles. He competed for Great Britain at the 2012 Olympics and won European medals: bronze in 2006 and silver in 2010. He also had success as a youth, winning the European Youth Olympics in 2001, the European Junior Championship in 2003, and the European Under-23 title in 2005. He set a personal best of 49.09 seconds in 2006 and was British champion in the same year.

Williams missed the 2008 Olympics due to a stress fracture. In 2014 he faced a doping violation at the Glasgow Grand Prix and received a four-month ban in January 2015 after UK Anti-Doping concluded the positive test came from a contaminated supplement; he was allowed to compete again after the ban. He is the son of former Welsh rugby international J. J. Williams and went to Ysgol Gyfun Llanhari. He competed for Bridgend AC and Cardiff AAC.
