Final Battle 2021 was a Ring of Honor (ROH) pay-per-view held on December 11, 2021, at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore. It was promoted as "The End of an Era" because ROH would go on hiatus after the show and return in April 2022. The event featured eleven matches, with three on the pre-show.

In the main event, Jonathan Gresham defeated Jay Lethal to win the vacant ROH World Championship after Bandido tested positive for COVID-19 and could not compete; Lethal was brought in as his replacement. Other highlights included Dragon Lee defeating Rey Horus, Shane Taylor defeating Kenny King in a Fight Without Honor, Rok-C defeating Willow Nightingale to retain the ROH Women's World Championship, and The Briscoe Brothers defeating The OGK to win the ROH World Tag Team Championship.

The show also marked the ROH return of Deonna Purrazzo and the debuts of Adam Scherr, Westin Blake, and the tag team FTR. Pre-recorded messages from many ROH alumni were shown during the event. Final Battle is ROH’s yearly flagship pay-per-view, traditionally the last show of the year, and began in 2002.
