Rens van der Wacht
Rens van der Wacht (born 1 June 1999) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a midfielder. He was born in Zaandam, Netherlands, and is 1.82 m tall.
He started his senior career with Jong AZ and made his professional debut on 20 September 2019 in a 2–1 Eerste Divisie win against Almere City.
Van der Wacht’s early career was hampered by injuries, including a knee infection and a hernia, which caused him to be out for almost two years.
Internationally, he has appeared for the Netherlands at youth levels, including the U16, U17 and U19 teams.
