Flagler is a private real estate company based in Coral Gables, Florida. Founded in 1892 by Henry M. Flagler, it has grown into a full-service firm offering development, brokerage, property management and asset management services to large institutional clients.

Over the past 30 years, Flagler has developed more than 30 million square feet of commercial space, owns about 2,500 acres of developable land across Florida, and manages or leases roughly 14 million square feet of property. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries (FECI).

In recent years, Flagler has shifted away from owning properties toward development and providing services to tenants and property owners, including brokerage, property management and asset management. Notable projects include Bacardi USA’s world headquarters in Miami, Office Depot’s world headquarters in Boca Raton, and Miami’s Flagler Station, one of South Florida’s largest business parks.

Flagler is part of a broader FECI structure created around 2010, which includes four entities: All Aboard Florida (Brightline), Flagler Global Logistics, Parallel Infrastructure, and Flagler Development. In 2012, Flagler sold a significant portion of the Flagler Station developed space while retaining undeveloped parcels.

The company positions itself as a full-service commercial real estate provider with a focus on sustainable, eco-friendly projects. It is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and encourages LEED certification.

Key leaders include Vincent Signorello, president of Flagler and also president/CEO of FECI; COO Keith A. Tickell; General Counsel and EVP Kolleen O.P. Cobb; and Jeanne Stormes, Vice President of Property Operations. Flagler’s client roster includes institutional investors and lenders such as AEW Capital Management, Barclays, and Morgan Stanley.
