Regulatory Reform Committee
The Regulatory Reform Committee was a select committee of the UK House of Commons. Its job was to review secondary provisions that amend primary legislation, created under the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 and amended by the Regulatory Reform Act 2001. The committee was dissolved on 20 May 2021, and its responsibilities were transferred to the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee. When it was dissolved, the committee’s members had been announced on 26 July 2010; 12 October 2015; and 6 November 2017.
