Randy Alan Cuthbert (born January 16, 1970) is a former American football running back. He was born in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and played college football at Duke, where he earned first-team All-ACC honors in 1989 and second-team honors in 1990 and 1992, plus the ACC Brian Piccolo Award in 1992.

Undrafted in 1993, Cuthbert joined the Pittsburgh Steelers and played for them from 1993 to 1994. He spent part of the 1995 season with the Carolina Panthers as an offseason/practice squad member. In the NFL, he had one rushing attempt for 7 yards and one reception for 3 yards, with no touchdowns. His lone rush came against the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football and was broadcast from a Goodyear Blimp camera.

After his playing career, Cuthbert became a coach. He was the head football coach at Emmaus High School from May 2013 to November 2015, and then became the athletic director at Wissahickon High School.
