Rachel Kealaonapua O'Sullivan

Rachel Kealaonapua O'Sullivan, later Watson, often known as Keala, is a former American diver born November 3, 1950, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She won the U.S. Junior AAU championship on the 1-meter board in 1965. O'Sullivan represented the United States at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics, earning a bronze medal in the 3-meter springboard — the first Hawaiian diver to win an Olympic medal. She is of European, Native Hawaiian, and Tahitian descent. She retired after not qualifying for the 1972 Olympics, then coached divers at ʻIolani School in Hawaii. In 1999 she was inducted into the Hawaii Sports Hall of Fame.
