Puncak Perdana
Puncak Perdana is a major township in the northern part of Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. It sits on a 240-hectare site at Bukit Cerakah and lies between Meru and Subang Airport, right next to Setia Alam. The development was started by Central Challenger (M) Sdn Bhd, owned by Puncak Niaga, and was first launched in October 1996 as a three-phase project. Construction for the first phase began in November 1996. It was planned to be a “multimedia city” similar to Putrajaya. The UiTM Puncak Perdana campus is located there. Public transport includes Rapid KL bus route 754 from UiTM Puncak Perdana to Seksyen 13 Shah Alam via TTDI Jaya.
