Pryor Glacier is an outlet glacier in East Antarctica. It flows northeast between the Wilson Hills and the Usarp Mountains and ends in Rennick Bay, just north of Yermak Point. The glacier is about 30 nautical miles (56 km) long and helps separate the Wilson Hills from the Usarp Mountains. It was mapped by the U.S. Geological Survey from ground surveys and U.S. Navy air photos in 1960–62 and named by the Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names for Madison E. Pryor, who led scientific work at McMurdo Station in 1959 and worked at Mirny Station in 1962.

Pryor Glacier begins west of the Wilson Hills and Usarp Mountains, flowing north-northeast. It passes Wagner Spur and Mount Send, then moves past Mount Shields where Robilliard Glacier joins from the southwest. Svendsen Glacier and Robilliard Glacier feed the Kooperatsiya Ice Piedmont, which joins Pryor Glacier from the south just before its mouth. In the Usarp Mountains, nearby features include Mount Simmonds, Mount Theaker, Mount Harrison, McCain Bluff, Mount Gillmor and Lenfant Bluff.

A pointed rock-and-ice spur on the north flank lies about 11 nautical miles southeast of Mount Gorton, at the southeast end of Wilson Hills. This spur was mapped by the USGS and named for John E. Wagner, a glaciologist at McMurdo Station in 1967–68.

The Kooperatsiya Ice Piedmont is the western part of the Rennick Bay area, named after the Soviet expedition ship Kooperatsiya used in 1958.
