Henning Leo (3 September 1885 – 26 May 1953) was a Swedish Social Democratic politician and trade union leader. He served as secretary of the Union of Railroad Engineers and was a member of the Riksdag from 1918 to 1940, representing different areas at different times (Kronoberg County, Stockholm County, and Uppsala County). In 1926 he became secretary of the Socialization Committee, taking over from Nils Karleby. From 1932 to 1936 he was the Minister of Communications (Transport) in Prime Minister Per Albin Hansson’s cabinet. He was born in Landskrona and died in Stockholm.
