Procter & Gamble Pakistan (P&G Pakistan) was a Karachi-based subsidiary of the American company Procter & Gamble. Founded in August 1991, it sold a wide range of consumer goods in Pakistan, including fabric care, baby care, hair care, feminine care, beauty and personal care, oral care and health products. The company ran a soap manufacturing plant in Hub, Balochistan after acquiring it in 1994, expanded capacity in 2002, and began PuR water purifier production there in 2004. A Bin Qasim, Karachi plant opened in 2010. In 2019, P&G invested to manufacture Pantene and Head & Shoulders at the Port Qasim plant in Karachi. In September 2024, P&G sold its Hub soap plant to Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited. In October 2025, P&G Pakistan stopped its manufacturing and commercial operations and exited the Pakistani market, shifting to a third-party distribution model. Gillette Pakistan may delist from the Pakistan Stock Exchange as part of the closure, while P&G brands such as Pampers, Ariel, Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Always, Safeguard, Olay, Oral-B and Vicks will remain available in Pakistan through regional operations and distributors. The company had about 1,000 employees in 2008 and reported net income of Rs 4.996 billion (US$17 million) in 2020.
