Brandon Comley
Brandon Comley (born 18 November 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Walsall in League Two. Born in Islington, London, he joined the Queens Park Rangers academy at nine and made his first-team and Premier League debut on 24 May 2015 as an 80th-minute substitute in a 5-1 defeat at Leicester City.
Comley spent time on loan in League Two with Carlisle United (2016), Grimsby Town (2016–17 and 2017–18), and Colchester United (2017–18). He signed for Colchester on a permanent basis in January 2018 and scored his first professional goal on 10 March 2018 in a 1–1 draw at Mansfield Town.
After leaving Colchester in 2020, he joined Bolton Wanderers on a two-year contract. He did not feature for Bolton in the 2021–22 season and left the club by mutual consent in November 2021. He then signed for Dagenham & Redbridge in February 2022, before joining Walsall in July 2022 on a two-year deal. He scored on his Walsall debut in a 4–0 win over Hartlepool United, and in February 2024 extended his contract to June 2026.
Internationally, Comley represents Montserrat, eligible through his grandfather. He made his Montserrat debut in 2018 and has earned 20 caps. He was named captain of Montserrat in June 2025 ahead of a 2026 World Cup qualifier. His older brother James is also a footballer, and the two played together for Montserrat on their international debut.
