Praesepe (company)
Praesepe plc, formerly Aldgate Capital PLC, is a British bingo, arcade gaming and gambling company based in Milton Keynes. It was founded in October 2007 by Nick Harding and the private equity firm Marwyn Partners. The company owns the high street gambling arcade chain Cashino. In 2008, it bought Shipley Amusements for £25 million. In autumn 2012, Praesepe became a subsidiary of the German gambling group Gauselmann.
