Power in One
Power in One is the last studio album by the punk rock band Wipers. It came out on October 22, 1999, from Zeno Records. Greg Sage wrote, produced, and recorded everything at Zeno Studios in Phoenix, Arizona. The album runs about 46 minutes.
Critics described its sound as gothic-tinged post-punk with strong guitar work. Exclaim! called it timeless, driven by Sage’s sinewy guitar riffs. The Arizona Republic noted Sage’s ongoing guitar solos, while saying the songs show aging post-punk anxiety in the writing. All songs were written by Greg Sage.
