Portland NORML is the Portland, Oregon chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML). It was started in January 2015 by Russ Belville, a Portland radio host and cannabis activist. Scott Gordon is the executive director. In 2015, Portland NORML organized the Burnside Burn to celebrate Oregon’s legalization of recreational marijuana. In 2016, Randy Quast, who had been Portland NORML’s treasurer, was appointed interim director of national NORML, replacing Allen St. Pierre. Website: portlandnorml.org.
