Poonam Narula Goel is an Indian television actress and model known for Shararat and Kasautii Zindagii Kay. She studied acting at Ashok Kumar’s academy in Mumbai before starting her TV career. She played a lead role in Shararat on Star Plus and later joined Balaji Telefilms’ projects, including Itihaas, Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Mano Ya Na Mano, Kaahin Kissii Roz, Kkusum, and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii. In 2005, she participated in Nach Baliye 1 and finished as the first runner-up. She married actor Manish Goel in 2002, and they have two children. Her active years span 1995–2005, 2008, and 2010.
