Březina is a small municipality and village in Brno-Country District, in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 residents; as of 2025-01-01, the population was 399.

The village is located about 18 kilometres northwest of Brno, on the right bank of the Svratka river, near the border between the Boskovice Furrow and the Křižanov Highlands. The area covers 3.19 square kilometres and the elevation is around 247 metres above sea level. The highest point in Březina is 415 metres.

History: The first written mention of Březina is from 1232, when Přemysl, the Margrave of Moravia, donated the village to the Porta coeli Convent. From 1986 to 1990 it was part of Tišnov. Since 24 November 1990 it has been a separate municipality again.

There are no railways or major roads through Březina. Protected monuments include two stone crosses (from 1841 and 1846) and a late Baroque calvary from the second half of the 18th century.
