Epeiromulona biloba is a small moth in the subfamily Arctiinae. It was described by William D. Field in 1952. This species is found in Panama and Colombia.

Size and appearance:
- Forewings: about 6.5–7 mm long; white with 15 small black spots and bars.
- Hindwings: pale orange-yellow with a black spot near the apex on the leading edge.
