List of fraternities and sororities in Estonia
Estonia has several student fraternities (for men) and sororities (for women), organized under umbrella groups. The League of Estonian Corporations (EKL) is an umbrella for male student corporations. The Union of Student Societies (Üliõpilasseltside Liit, ÜL) coordinates Estonian student societies. ÜS is sometimes used as an abbreviation for üliõpilasselts, meaning student society.
From 1940–41 and 1944–1991, Estonia was occupied by the Soviet Union. During those periods, fraternities and sororities were banned, and many groups survived abroad or operated secretly inside the country. In this list, only organizations currently operating in Estonia are shown; those that were only active during the occupation are noted as inactive.
