Phoebe Anderson
Phoebe Anderson (born 23 June 2002) is a British long-distance runner who competes for Great Britain and Scotland. She specializes in cross country and track events.
Personal bests (2025):
- 1500m: 4:20.69
- 3000m: 9:15.84
- 5000m: 15:24.63
She studied at Wycombe Abbey and runs with Herne Hill Harriers. She also ran for Columbia University, earning four All-American honors and winning the Ivy League Cross Country title in 2024.
International career and medals:
- 2021 European Cross Country Championships (Dublin): bronze in the U20 team race
- 2024 European Cross Country Championships (Antalya): gold in both the individual U23 race and the U23 team event
- 2025 European Cross Country Championships (Lagoa): silver medal with the British team

- 10km in Leuven at the European Running Championships: 32nd place, 32:52
- 3000m in Birmingham: 9:15.64 (June 2025)
- 5000m at the Summer World University Games in Germany: fourth place
- 2025 Liverpool Cross Challenge: fourth in the senior women’s race, helping Britain qualify for the European Cross Country Championships; helped Britain win silver in the team event at the European Cross Country Championships
- 2026 World Athletics Cross Country Championships in Tallahassee: finished 35th (January 2026)
She is eligible to represent Scotland through her parents.
