Peter Awelewa Adebiyi (27 April 1943 – 10 February 2022) was a Nigerian Anglican bishop who led Lagos West in the Church of Nigeria. He was born in Osi-Ekiti and trained at Emmanuel College of Theology in Ibadan, finishing in 1970. He earned a BA (1975), MA (1981) and PhD (1987) from the University of Ife and later taught at Lagos State University from 1987 to 1990. He became Archdeacon in 1990, was consecrated Bishop of Owo on 26 May 1993, and was translated to Bishop of Lagos West on 20 November 1999.

He retired in 2013 at the age of 70 and was succeeded by James Odedeji. Adebiyi died on 10 February 2022 at age 78. He co-authored two books with fellow bishop Akin Omoyajowo: "150 years of Christianity in Nigeria" and "The Church Fathers."
