Penryn is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Penn Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. It sits in northern Lancaster County, just north of the center of Penn Township, about 3.5 miles northeast of Manheim, 6 miles northwest of Lititz, and 13 miles north of Lancaster, the county seat. The area covers about 1.9 square miles, with almost all of it land and a tiny amount of water. The population was 1,024 at the 2010 census and 980 at the 2020 census. Penryn is about 585 feet above sea level. The ZIP code is 17564 and the area code is 717. The community is drained by tributaries of Chiques Creek, which flows into the Susquehanna River.
