Paul Casey (born 6 October 1961) is an English former footballer who played as a full-back. He was born in Rinteln, West Germany.

Casey began as an apprentice with Sheffield United, making 25 league appearances and helping the club win the Fourth Division title in 1981–82. After being released, he joined Boston United in the Alliance Premier League. At Boston, he played more than 250 first-team games, appeared in the 1985 FA Trophy final, and was named Boston United’s Player of the Season in 1983–84.

In April 1988, Casey moved to Lincoln City for £13,000. He played the last ten matches of that season as Lincoln won the Football Conference title and went on to make 69 first-team appearances for the club. He returned to Boston United in 1991 for five more seasons, then moved to Lincoln United. From 1999 he also played for Wyberton.

In total, Casey made 74 appearances in the Football League for Sheffield United and Lincoln City.
