The Nagercoil–Tirunelveli line is a 73-kilometer railway route in Tamil Nadu, part of the Southern Railway zone. It connects Nagercoil Junction (NCJ) in the south with Tirunelveli Junction (TEN) in the north and has 9 stations along the way. The line is fully electrified and has two tracks, with trains running up to 100 km/h. About 25 trains operate on this route, including fast, express and passenger services.

Major stations on the route include Nagercoil Junction, Aralvaymoli, Valliyur, Nanguneri and Tirunelveli Junction.

The line was opened in 1972 as part of broader projects linking Thiruvananthapuram, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari and Tirunelveli, and was inaugurated by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on 6 September 1972.

Rolling stock on the line includes electric locomotives such as WAP-1 and WAP-4, and diesel locomotives like WDS-6, WDM-2, WDM-3A, WDG-3A and WDG-4.

Track doubling to increase capacity has been pursued to improve services.
