Patel Nagar
Patel Nagar is a subdivision in West Delhi, Delhi, India. It was developed on land taken from the villages of Shadipur and Khampur and surrounding areas.
The area is large and includes many colonies such as Nehru Nagar, Baljit Nagar, Pusa Road, Rajendra Place, New Rajendra Nagar, Old Rajendra Nagar, Prasad Nagar, Shadipur, Karol Bagh, Baba Farid Puri, Inderpuri, Pusa Institute, Tank Road, Shankar Road and Naraina. Nearby areas include Shadipur, Karol Bagh and Naraina.
There are three metro stations in or near Patel Nagar: Rajendra Place, Patel Nagar and Shadipur. Shadipur station serves parts of West Patel Nagar, Baljit Nagar and Baba Farid Puri; Patel Nagar station serves South, East and West Patel Nagar; Rajendra Place station serves East and South Patel Nagar.
