Parafluda
Parafluda is a small genus of jumping spiders with only one species, Parafluda banksi. It was described by Arthur Merton Chickering in 1946 and is found in Argentina and Panama. The name Parafluda combines the Greek para meaning “alongside” with the salticid genus Fluda, and the species name banksi honors Nathan Banks.
