The Terhune Benjamin House was a historic farm and former mill site at 117 Main Street in Lincoln Park, New Jersey. It was a Federal Period house with a Dutch gambrel roof, built before the American Revolution. After 1820, ownership passed from Albert Terhune to the Morris Canal Company. In 1829 the company built inclined planes along the Morris Canal nearby. By 1845 the property was sold to David Benjamin, who ran a sawmill on the site using the 56-foot water drop at the adjacent incline. Before 1901, Thomas Sindle and George Francisco purchased the home. In 2018 the house was demolished to make way for a new housing development.
