Pantheon Infrastructure plc (LSE: PINT) is a British investment trust focused on infrastructure assets in North America and Europe. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is part of the FTSE 250 index. Although Pantheon Ventures has invested in infrastructure since 1997, Pantheon Infrastructure began trading on the LSE in October 2021. In January 2025 it sold its largest holding, Calpine, as part of a larger deal.

As of May 2025, its main holdings included Fudura (Dutch electrical infrastructure), Primafrio (European logistics), National Broadband Ireland (Irish telecommunications), and National Gas (British gas transmission). The company is managed by Pantheon Ventures, and Patrick O'Donnell Bourke became chairman on 19 June 2025.
