Pandhurna district is in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is the 54th district of MP and the 9th in the Jabalpur Division. The district was created on 5 October 2023 after breaking away from Chhindwara district. Its administrative headquarters is the town of Pandhurna. The district covers 1,522.22 square kilometers and is the least populous district in the state, with a population of 374,310 (as of 2011).
