Olivia Jo Thirlby (born October 6, 1986) is an American actress from New York City. She is best known for Leah in Juno (2007), Natalie in The Darkest Hour (2011), and Judge Cassandra Anderson in Dredd (2012). In 2023 she played Lilli Hornig in Christopher Nolan's Oppenheimer.

Thirlby grew up in Manhattan's East Village. She went to Friends Seminary and trained in acting at several programs, including the American Globe Theatre and briefly at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. She began her screen career with United 93 (2006) and the TV show Kidnapped, and later appeared in films like The Wackness (2008) and Nobody Walks (2012). She has also acted on stage, making her debut in Farragut North in 2008, and has appeared in TV series such as Bored to Death, Goliath, and Y: The Last Man.

Personal life: She married Jacques Pienaar in 2014; they separated in 2021. She has spoken about her bisexuality in interviews.
