Olga Marta Sánchez Oviedo was a Costa Rican politician who served as Minister of Planning. She was the Secretary General of the Citizens' Action Party (PAC). She had a doctorate in economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Master's in social science from the Latin American Social Science College (FLACSO). She also held a licentiate from the University of Costa Rica.
