Artan Isa Latifi (born 5 April 1983) is a Kosovar football coach and former goalkeeper. He is the goalkeeping coach at London Soccer School.

Latifi was born in Gjilan, Kosovo. He began playing football in 1996 with Drita as a 13-year-old and worked his way up to the senior team. He later played for KEK (2004–2006), Hysi (2006–2009), Besiana (2009–2010), and returned to Drita (2010–2017, where he served as captain). Over his career, he made 493 senior appearances and scored no goals.

In March 2017, Latifi announced his retirement, signaling the end of the 2016–17 season to spend more time with his family. Since 2017 he has been working as a goalkeeping coach for London Soccer School.
