Ohio State Route 191 is a short north–south highway in northwestern Ohio. It runs entirely in Williams County for about 10.9 miles. The road starts at U.S. Route 6, a few miles south of Stryker, and ends at the intersection of U.S. Route 20A and U.S. Route 127 in West Unity. The route mostly heads north beside the Tiffin River between its southern end and Stryker, then continues north to West Unity, where it’s called Main Street.

Along the way, SR 191 briefly shares a short stretch with SR 2 near Stryker, but then SR 191 continues on to West Unity. The northern end is at US 20A/US 127 in West Unity. The entire route is in Williams County and is not part of the National Highway System.

History:
- SR 191 was created in 1923. It originally ran from Evansport to Stryker, following local county roads and was a renumbering of SR 312.
- In 1937, it was extended north to West Unity at US 20A/US 127.
- In 1962, the portion south and east of US 6 was removed from the state system. The section from the southern end to Evansport became Williams County Road 22-A, and the eastern part toward the Defiance County line became Defiance County Road 1.
- Today, the route remains entirely in Williams County.
