Amanda Ellis
Amanda Ellis leads Global Partnerships for Arizona State University’s Julie Ann Wrigley Global Futures Laboratory and co-chairs the WE Empower United Nations Sustainable Development Goal Challenge. She previously served as New Zealand’s ambassador to the United Nations and as Deputy Secretary for International Development. She received the TIAW Lifetime Achievement Award for work empowering women in the economy. For executive education, she studied at INSEAD, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Kennedy School, and Harvard Business School. She holds a MA in communication and political science from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, a BA in French and Economics from the University of Otago, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
