Nigel Dick, born 21 March 1953, is an English music video director and filmmaker based in Los Angeles. He comes from Catterick, North Yorkshire, and has made videos for Britney Spears, Oasis, Guns N’ Roses, Band Aid and Toto, among many others.

He studied at Gresham's School and the University of Bath. He started out studying architecture but switched to the music business. He also studied mime and acting. Before his big break, he worked many jobs, including as a draughtsman and a cab driver. He began in music at Stiff Records as a press officer for Madness and other acts.

In the early 1980s he moved to Phonogram Records and directed Band Aid's Do They Know It's Christmas? In 1986 he moved to Los Angeles to direct his first feature film, P.I. Private Investigations. He co-founded Propaganda Films, a major company for commercials and music videos, and has since directed more than 300 music videos and over 20 films.

Notable works include Britney Spears' “…Baby One More Time,” “(You Drive Me) Crazy,” “Sometimes,” and “Oops!... I Did It Again”; Band Aid's “Do They Know It's Christmas?”; videos for Oasis and Guns N’ Roses; the MTV movie 2gether (1999); Seeing Double (2003); and Pam: Girl On The Loose (2008). His work has won MTV, Billboard and MVPA awards, plus a BRIT Award nomination. He was a founding member of The Stiff All Stars, a pub-rock band, and he plays guitar, has released several albums, and travels by bicycle.
