Nigel Creek

Nigel Creek is a small river in the Canadian Rockies, Alberta. It forms from glacial meltwater north of Sunwapta Pass and from streams coming off Nigel Pass. The creek runs south-southeast, paralleling part of the Icefields Parkway, and flows into the North Saskatchewan River near the Big Bend after tumbling over Bridal Veil Falls. It was named for Nigel Vavasoeur, a packer who joined early climbing expeditions in the area.
