Neihu District is a district in Taipei City, Taiwan. The name Neihu means “inner lake.” It originated from the Ketagalan language, and its area was once known as Naiko Village during Japanese rule. Many mountain roads and trails connect Neihu with Shilin District and Yangmingshan National Park, making it popular for hiking.
