Nōnai Poison Berry, also known as Poison Berry in My Brain, is a Japanese romance manga by Setona Mizushiro. It’s a slice-of-life story about relationships and everyday feelings. The manga was serialized in Chorus magazine, which later became Cocohana, from December 28, 2009 to March 28, 2015, and it was collected into five volumes by Shueisha.

Adaptations:
- Live-action film: Poison Berry in My Brain, released May 9, 2015. Directed by Yūichi Satō; screenplay by Tomoko Aizawa; music by Akio Izutsu.
- Stage plays: Poison Berry in My Brain, directed by Yūichi Satō. The first run took place March 14–29, 2020 at the New National Theatre, Tokyo, with scripts by Yūka Arai and Takayuki Imanara. A 2022 rerun was staged in Tokyo and Osaka (Meiji-za in Tokyo; venues in Osaka), from August 26 to September 6, 2022 (Tokyo) and September 10–12, 2022 (Osaka).

Awards and recognition:
- Ranked 20th in the 2013 Kono Manga ga Sugoi! Top 20 Manga for Female Readers.
- Jury Selection in the Manga Division at the 17th Japan Media Arts Festival Awards.
