Mudeirej Bridge (Jisr el Mdeirej) is a bridge in Lebanon. It sits near Jisr el Mdeirej, Sawfar, in Mount Lebanon, above the town of Mdeirej. The bridge is about 70 meters tall and about 1,320 meters above sea level.

It was completed in 1998 and was, at the time, the tallest bridge in Lebanon and the Middle East. It was built as part of Rafik Hariri’s plan to rebuild Lebanon and improve infrastructure, especially the Beirut–Damascus Highway that connects Damascus with Beirut.

On July 12, 2006, during the Lebanon–Israel conflict, the Israeli Air Force bombed the bridge. The base and pillars were partly damaged and the road deck was seriously damaged.

In 2007 USAID announced funding to reconstruct the bridge, providing about $30 million. The total cost of the project was $44 million. The bridge was renovated in August 2008.

Technical details: The bridge uses a triple T-section girder design. Structural engineer was Khatib & Alami, and the main contractor was TOTO Costruzion.

Today it remains an important part of the Beirut–Damascus Highway, helping travel between Beirut and Damascus.
