Peperomia violacea
Peperomia violacea is a plant species in the Peperomia genus, belonging to the Piperaceae family. It is endemic to Colombia and was first described by Casimir de Candolle in 1890.
Description: The leaves are short-petiolate and round to oval, with a smooth upper surface and a densely hairy violet underside. Flowers form small catkins at the ends of branches, and the ovary has an oblique stigma.
