Uroboros is a large outdoor sculpture created in 1979 by Charles Kibby. It sits in Westmoreland Park in the Sellwood area of Portland, Oregon, and depicts an abstract ouroboros—a serpent or dragon eating its own tail. The piece is made of cast concrete and rests on a base. It is part of the City of Portland and Multnomah County Public Art Collection, courtesy of the Regional Arts & Culture Council. The sculpture was funded in 1979–80 through the MAC program and was commissioned under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) before being donated to the park.
