Monique Orphé (born 15 October 1964 in Saint-Denis, Réunion) is a French politician from Réunion and a member of the Socialist Party (PS). A teacher by training, she has held local and national roles.

She joined the Réunion Regional Council in 2004 and has been a Saint-Denis municipal councillor since 1995, later serving as first deputy mayor to Gilbert Annette after the 2008 elections. In 2007 she was nominated to run in Réunion’s 1st constituency but withdrew in favor of Annette.

In 2012, she was elected deputy for Réunion’s newly created 6th constituency to the National Assembly, with 58.9% in the second round, and served until 2017. She sat on the Social Affairs Committee and supported the El Khomri law in 2016. She backed Emmanuel Macron in the 2017 presidential election. Because of this, the Socialist Party did not nominate her for the 2017 legislative elections, and she was defeated in the second round by Nadia Ramassamy of LR.

In 2021, she ran in the departmental elections for the Canton of Saint-Denis-1 with Gérard Françoise. They led the first round with 54.6% of votes, but high abstention prevented a direct win; the Socialist pairing won in the second round with 56.3%.
