Mohsen Ashouri (born January 2, 1965 in Noshahr, Mazandaran) is a retired Iranian footballer and current coach. He played as a left winger and spent most of his career with Persepolis from 1987 to 1997, making 170 league appearances and scoring 20 goals. He also had a loan spell at Al-Ittihad in the 1992–93 season, with 27 appearances and 3 goals. Ashouri represented Iran internationally, earning 12 caps between 1988 and 1992.

After retiring as a player, he moved into coaching. He was a player-coach for Persepolis in 1997 and later worked with Persepolis’ youth teams (U-23 and U-20). He has also served as an assistant or coach at several clubs, including Pas Hamedan, Paykan, Persepolis, Shahrdari Fouman, Khooshe Talaei, Baadraan, and Kheybar Khorramabad, from the early 2000s to the present.
