Talal Al-Awamleh (born September 9, 1974) is a Jordanian television producer. He serves as executive producer and CEO of Arab Telemedia Group, the company founded by his father, Adnan Al-Awamleh, in 1983. He was born in Amman, Jordan, to Adnan Al-Awamleh and Suha Toqan, and he studied at Al-Rae’d Al Arabi School before earning a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Jordan in 1996. Talal began working with Arab Telemedia while at university, and in 2002 he took over as CEO. Under his leadership, the group has produced thousands of hours of original programming and supported production and broadcasting in Jordan and the region, with series such as The Sons of Al-Rashid, Abu Ja’far Al-mansour, Al-Hajjaj, Malik Bin Al-Rayeb, and Shahrazad. In 2008, he won an International Emmy Award for Best Telenovela for The Invasion (Al-Igtiyah), becoming the first Arab producer to win an Emmy.
